// Engineering leader. AI-native by default. Bias for shipping.
01 readme.md
I ship small things — fast and cheap. Modern hosting and AI tooling have made it absurdly easy to put working software on the internet, so I do. This page is the index: a place to gather everything I'm building, for me and for anyone curious.
Most of my career has been spent leading engineering teams. Lately I'm especially interested in how AI changes the shape of software organisations — what it means to ship, what new patterns are worth adopting, what disciplines stop being load-bearing.
The applications listed on home are small experiments shipped on a small budget — not products, not promises. If one becomes a real thing, the status badge changes.
02 background/ 14 years · engineering leadership at scale
$ cat background.md
// 14 years leading engineering teams. // Most recent: VP Engineering at Wallarm — cybersecurity, Series C, // scaled the org to ~100 engineers across product, platform, infra. // Before that: CIAN.ru from 3 to 100+ engineers. Classifieds at scale. // Domains touched: cybersecurity, classifieds, ad tech, dev tooling. // Stages touched: Series A through C, post-PMF scale-up mostly. // Currently between roles. Building, writing, talking to // founders shipping agentic products.

- - Small apps on home/ — shipping the backlog
- - Writing about AI-native engineering: what holds at scale, what breaks
- - Conversations with founders building agentic products
- - Next role: CTO or VP Eng at a company that wants this transformation done
04 principles/ how i work, in six lines
$ cat principles.md
- - focus on one thing at a time
- - just ship it
- - AI-native workflows as default
- - people make mistakes — and that's ok
- - freedom for talent
- - a bad decision on time beats a good one late
